Looking at the Big Picture

So no baby yet, but there has been a turn of events that have challenged Andy and I to step back and look at the big picture. It was regards to our original appeal for a vaginal birth after a c-section which was approved but then we discovered what was NOT covered. Not good news especially on one's due date!

So focusing on the big picture. We will hopefully be holding a baby boy in our arms early next week or this weekend. That is the big and best picture :)

I am voting for this weekend for the baby! I didn't wait this long to be out of town when you have your baby!!!
Oh, wait, this isn't about me is it?

I'm sorry for the disappointment, but I'm confident it will work out well in the end . . . You are soooooo close!

I tried calling yesterday to see how you were doing, and I think I accidentally hung up on Andy. I heard a hello just as I was hanging up after 6 rings. And it was a deep hello-- definitely not you! :)

wow, so does this mean you will be having a c-section still? it will be worth it and i pray for the healthiest, easiest labor and delivery possible for you. can hardly wait to hear your good news.

Laura- Your vote is important, Laura :)
Tpluckyt- it was disappointing but after 41 weeks of carrying a baby, we'll take one either way.

Jeni- thanks, Jeni. I recall, Andy did answer the phone and said I think I just hung up on Jeni. sorry :)

Noel-It will be a c-section scheduled for Monday at noon. After anxiously waiting for weeks of any possible signs of labor, I really am appreciating scheduled births! :D

well, I know it's a disappointment, but like you said, the bigger picture is that you will have your baby in our arms very soon...and that is VERY exciting!

Miss Jessica: yes, it's silly when I get distracted cause that is the best picture.

Digapigmy: I couldn't agree more!!
